At Street Beach Bush, we want you to be happy with every order.
Because our products are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing guides before purchasing.
Change of Mind
As products are printed on demand, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

deciding you no longer want the item

ordering the wrong colour or style

preference changes after purchase
Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can sometimes vary.
Street Beach Bush offers size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Street Beach Bush will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you

exchanged items are subject to stock/product availability

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products:

Print Variations
Due to the print-on-demand process, minor differences in:

print placement

garment sizing tolerances
-
colour appearance (screen vs printed product)
may occur.
Minor variations are considered normal production variation and are not considered faults.
