All products are made to order through trusted fulfilment partners.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production methods.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Street Beach Bush reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

Orders

Once an order is placed, production may begin quickly. Because products are made to order, order changes or cancellations may not always be possible after purchase.

Availability

From time to time, garments, colours, or sizes may become unavailable from our suppliers.
If this occurs, we may contact you to offer:

  • a suitable replacement
  • store credit
  • a refund where appropriate

Intellectual Property

All Street Beach Bush branding, logos, designs, website content, and creative assets remain the property of Street Beach Bush and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Beach Bush is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Street Beach Bush Shipping Policy

At Street Beach Bush (SBB), every order is made to order through our trusted fulfilment partners. This allows us to produce quality apparel on demand while reducing waste and overproduction.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, production begins shortly after payment confirmation.
Estimated production times vary depending on the item ordered and fulfilment location. Current estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout or on product pages where available.
Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase, as each item is produced to order.
  • Production and shipping times may vary during peak periods, sales events, public holidays, or due to supplier delays.

Shipping Locations

Street Beach Bush currently ships within Australia only.
International shipping may become available in the future.

Fulfilment Partners

Orders may be fulfilled by our production partners located in Australia, including selected items produced by overseas partners where applicable.
Where an order is fulfilled outside Australia, shipping timeframes may be slightly longer than domestic production.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order size
  • item type
  • destination
  • fulfilment location

Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly advertised where applicable.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, Street Beach Bush is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal carrier delays
  • severe weather events
  • customs or border processing
  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
  • events outside our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
If incorrect shipping information is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or replacement.

Street Beach Bush Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

At Street Beach Bush, we want you to be happy with every order.
Because our products are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing guides before purchasing.

Change of Mind

As products are printed on demand, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • deciding you no longer want the item
  • ordering the wrong colour or style
  • preference changes after purchase

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can sometimes vary.
Street Beach Bush offers size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

  • exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Street Beach Bush will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
  • exchanged items are subject to stock/product availability

  • your order number
  • requested replacement size
  • reason for exchange

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products:

  • arrive damaged
  • contain manufacturing faults
  • are significantly different from their description
  • are not of acceptable quality
  • are incorrectly supplied

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact:

within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • your order number
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

Where approved, Street Beach Bush will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Print Variations

Due to the print-on-demand process, minor differences in:

  • print placement
  • garment sizing tolerances
  • colour appearance (screen vs printed product)

may occur.
Minor variations are considered normal production variation and are not considered faults.
